Install the four 1/2" grommets, two on eithe side of the power transformer, in the round holes.
Here is the left side.

The black, red, blue, orange, yellow and brown wires of the autoformer
feed through the grommets on the left side (headphone jack side).
The black, gray and white wires feed through the inboard grommet.
